Large Commercial/Recreational sail repairs
Our spacious ground-floor sail loft, conveniently designed for offloading directly from your pickup bed, is equipped with three commercial-grade sewing machines. The centerpiece of our equipment is the custom CORDES Rotary-combo Mini-Maxi long-arm/high-arm machine from Australia, uniquely designed for sailmaking and the only one of its kind on Maui. This specialized machine is essential for maintaining heavy-duty sails constructed on similar equipment.
With the CORDES machine, we can expertly handle large, heavy sails and trampolines from commercial charter yachts, using the strongest threads available. It supports multiple stitching styles, including three-step zig-zag, standard zig-zag, and straight stitch, ensuring the durability and strength required for demanding marine applications.
Our loft is conveniently located near Lahaina Harbor and Mala Wharf at 207 Kupuohi Street. We offer flexible services including pickup and delivery of your sails if needed, as well as on-board consultations to provide personalized advice and assistance.

Custom canvas & Awnings for Boat, Household, or business
From simple to complex, we will measure, fit, and install unique designs with specialized materials and all sewn with Tenara™ thread for maximum longevity. We have repaired or modified everything from yurt covers to the zippers on mermaid tails, anything where creativity can provide a solution.
Ropes & Hardware
We are also offer a range of Robline and New England ropes for use as sheet lines and halyards we can order Ronstan and Harken Products for retail.
Emergency Repairs
Rushed canvas or sail repair requiring after hours or weekend work for an immediate turnaround will be charged at a higher rate.
How long will it take?
Materials will be ordered upon deposit. Shipping time 10+ days and depending on the size of the project. Projects typically completed within 2-3 weeks.
